I hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend! I have been busy putting together a list of recipes I will be sharing over the next few weeks. One of the recipes I have been working on perfecting is a delicious Shrimp Scampi. I have been adjusting and modifying this recipe for years and I think it is finally ready to share! I will also be sharing my version of the eggroll in a bowl recipe, garlic red skinned mashed potatoes (another one that took me a couple of years to perfect), cowboy caviar, caprese salad, some amazing omelets and my awesome cabbage soup!
