This is another quick and easy breakfast/brunch idea! I absolutely love making this and if you haven’t tried it already, I highly recommend that you do!

For the French toast you will need; 1 loaf of cinnamon swirl bread, 6 large eggs, 1/4 cup of heavy cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla. For the toppings you will need; powdered sugar, butter and syrup. This recipe will make enough for 10-12 slices (which is the full loaf). Preparation: In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, cream and vanilla. Submerge the bread slices into the mixture and coat both sides generously. Place the dipped bread slices onto a 350 degree griddle and cook until nicely browned on both sides. Remove cooked slices to plates and immediately top with butter, warm maple syrup and powdered sugar. Obviously, you can double or triple as needed!
