- Taco meat
- Mexican Rice
- Black beans, rinsed and drained
- Corn, rinsed and drained
- Tomatoes, chopped
- Spinach or lettuce, chopped
- Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- Sour cream
I added the corn and beans to a pot and warmed over low heat.
This is just a list of what I used. Start with the taco meat and rice and go from there. Be creative and use whatever you think would be good. have fun and enjoy!!
