Let me start by saying that I can not take any credit for this recipe. It was developed by my Mom over 50 years ago! I have enjoyed these cookies for as long as I can remember and have made them every single year, since I was able to reach the stove! This recipe makes the softest, best tasting, sugar cookies, you will ever make! They hold their shape well for cut out cookies and they do not have that flour taste that is common with other recipes. You can also prepare these as a drop cookie and they are even more delicious! Trust me, if you have yet to find a sugar cookie recipe you are happy with, give this one a try! You will not be disappointed!!

Another thing I can not take credit for….these photo’s! My oldest daughter, Ashley, is an amazing baker and cookie/cake decorator!
