I hope y’all have turned off the news and found something better to do with your time. It’s a crazy world out there right now but one thing remains the same, we all love food! I personally, have used my time away from the TV, to make some extra time for fun in the kitchen!!! My husband and daughter (Ashley) spoiled me at Christmas this year with some awesome attachments for my Kitchenaid mixer. Let me just say, I am like a little kid in a candy store! If you have waited to buy this meat grinder, wait no more! It is AWESOME!

I always buy my NY strip steaks (or any steak for that matter) in a half strip. Well, when the butcher slices them, the ends aren’t always suited to be a steak. So, I take the ends and make stew meat, or in this case ground beef! I mean who wouldn’t love a nice, juicy, NY Strip Steak burger!? And for the price I paid, it cost less than actual ground angus! Woohoo!
